Returns & Exchanges

Our customers can be confident they are purchasing new, never-used items.

Due to the intimate nature of these items, we do not accept returns or refunds of any kind.

We do offer product replacements and/or store credit, for up to one month after purchase. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please alert us as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution. The most common fix is to send you a replacement item, and you keep the old one as well. Every case is unique and will be carried out at the discretion of the shop owner. After one month, the initial product warranty no longer applies and no replacements, refunds, or repairs will be honored.

All sales are final. We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

If your package is returned, you will have to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If your item is returned and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, we will offer a refund of the item price only, for only ready-to-ship items (not custom handmade orders). The shipping cost will not be refunded. In the event of a buyer incorrectly inputting their shipping information or requesting alternative shipping methods, The Fetish Academy reserves the right to charge the buyer for reshipment.

Sale and clearance items are sold strictly as-is; there are absolutely no returns, refunds, or replacements on these items.
